Overview of the 90 minute knife, stick and gun defense seminar at Blackhawk Martial Arts that provided a brief touch on the combative mindset and introduced the concept of predator versus prey mentality.

Aggressive Defensive Solutions provided an intensive two day Basic Pistol course that was modified for the unique requirement of the Virginia Beach Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. 20 lawyers from the Commonwealth Attorney’s Office joined Aggressive Defensive Solutions for what was for many students their first introduction to handguns.
